I bought this business in 2020, two weeks before the pandemic. It was a little scary, what I had just done, since I just added a whole other business to manage during a pandemic. But, it all worked out in the end.
I have been in the landscaping business for 28 years. I enjoy the business aspect of the company. The crazy thing is, I have known the previous owner, Joe Work, since we were both 5 years old. I felt very safe with the transition and transfer of his baby to becoming my new baby. As of April 2023 I am going on 3 years now of ownership. Since the pandemic, we could not continue mowing grass due to the lack of manpower. We had to change our focus to strictly landscaping and outdoor living spaces. We enjoy every minute of creating custom designs - from the simple spring refresh to our beautiful custom outdoor living spaces!
